  Friendly, attentive, and understanding. Purchased a new phone from them. They went through various price points and features with me to find the best fit. They had great promotions and bundles too. I signed on to a great phone plan as well as a DirecTV package too and saved a bunch of money and fees. Had my phone number ported without any hassles. They also threw some extra accessories like a case and wireless charger too.

  rude customer service. if you enjoy people trying to make you feel dumb than this is the store for you. they were so hungry for a sale it was a huge turn off. left after 10 minutes halfway through a transaction. always go to the corporate store these places will lie and cheat to get the sale. i only gave them a second star because they are in fact a cell phone store.
