    I recently went to LenseCrafters for my annual exam, and lens adjustment. I like the open area with many frames to choose from, and a no hassle staff. Jane was very helpful and professional with the fitting. She was also very knowledgable about the products and services. Although they said there might be a longer than normal delay due to their lab restructure, my glasses were back super fast. I like the text message alerts too.

    The sales floor has a good selection. Shopping was easy, help was available without breathing down my neck and my glasses we're ready in just over an hour.. on a Saturday afternoon
