  Not sure why I keep trying to stay at Quality Inns. My experience is consistently disappointing. I travel for work and often work overnight while on the road. I ask for a late check out. Late checkout is 1pm. However I was called at 11:30am by the front desk. While I'm at the front desk explaining yet again that I requested a late check out, the fire alarm starts going off. The manager (who I'm fairly certain was not the manager) was less than understanding. I ended up getting the room for another night just so I didn't have to rush to checkout. Quality service is not part of Quality inn. I guess you truly do get what you pay for. I will be spending the few extra dollars in the future to insure that my stays in a different hotel are up to the customer service standards needed in a customer service industry.

  So I was given a 2pm check out on night 2 (a diamond member perk). Yet at a little after after 1pm house keeping was at my door asking if I wasn't leaving today. Lol. So the little perk I was given for my inconvenience the first night was taken away. The manager just said "sorry". Never again.
