  I like the majority of the menu. However, I do not understand why they switched from over hard eggs to over easy or scrambled eggs on their sandwiches. Over easy eggs are a health risk and scrambled eggs fall out. I will never buy a sandwich at Panera's again until they add over hard eggs back to the menu.
