  Same story as some of the other recent posters. Ordered a new gas insert fireplace in October and paid half down. Then when the expected install date of early December passed and I hadn't heard anything, went out to the place and was told that they would be checking on why it hadn't been delivered yet. Called two weeks later when I hadn't heard anything and was again told that they would check on it. January came and the same scenario played out. Begin documenting all interactions as I realized something odd was going on. Every week I would call or go out there in person, and each time I was told the company hasn't delivered and they would call them and then me later in the day. Not once in the whole 3 month ordeal did I ever get contacted by them. Even if there had been some kind of issue affecting delivery, customer service would dictate that you contact the customer. Probably the most bizarre service experience I've ever encountered. Finally got a cryptic call from them in February asking if I had cancelled the order, and I simply said that I had disputed the credit card charge. Click went the receiver. Really curious as to what is going on with this company; they've been in business a long time so I can't understand why something like this would suddenly happen.
