  I absolutely love Mike's, and would trust anyone with my car when it needs repaired. They're professional, courteous, and kind. They over communicate when your car is being fixed with status updates and ETAs. You just can't go wrong with Mike's.

  Repeat customer here. I found Mike's because of their proximity to my church and because they advertised in their bulletin.
  
  The first time, I paid for a repair out of pocket because of its circumstances. I authorized a certain amount of work, they started that work and found the need for more because it was hidden. They called me, explained, and asked how I wanted to proceed. The total was reasonable and I was kept informed in a very timely fashion.
  
  The second, third, and fourth times insurance paid. Painless.. Simply painless. I only wish their services weren't in such demand so that I could have gotten in as soon as the incidents occurred; however, once it was my turn, they were quick, very thorough, and stood behind their work. One of those times I did need to bring the car back to have them hook something back up in the trunk. The lid wouldn't stay open... but I just drove over the next day and they took care of it in the parking lot within minutes and I was on my way.
  
  I'll continue to bring all my related business to them because of their kindness, excellent work, and on an equal level of importance to me, because of the support they provide to the community and environment. They are active supporters of non-profits like Easter Seals.
