  Do not use this business to resolve any tax issues. You could regret it. They will take your money and do the minimum. Three years ago I hired Allen Ware to resolve a state tax issue. He was given power of attorney. Today I am still dealing with the same issue. He received letters that he did not respond to or notify me about. His excuse was it was tax season and he was busy, it was September. I have tried to contact him a dozen times over the last few months and it was not until I threatened to put poor reviews of his business did he make contact. He said he would look into it and call me back asap. That was a month ago. Please DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!
