  I just had an entire HVAC system installed today (3/24/17) by Hermes. This is the 2nd one I have purchased in 8 months. I purchased the 1st one for my rental. It is SO efficient! Only filled the propane tank one time this year! The winter before it was filled more than twice and the home was vacant. Stuart is excellent. He comes out and measures everything and explains clearly what is needed, why and what your options are. He also does everything to help with financing options! Andrew has installed both units and today Dakota was his helper. These two are true gentlemen and professionals! They were both polite, courteous and Andrew walked me through the system & new digital thermostat - again, as if I were a brand new customer! The thing I really love is upon their completion... you feel like you are looking at a showroom model. It LOOKS SO PROFESSIONAL!! No shortcuts, everything is exactly as it should be. Excellent work Hermes! Thank you SO MUCH for making the 49 miles, each way, to install this HVAC for me!!!! This is how ALL companies should run!! I'm so grateful to have found your company!!! ~Robin F
