  I have given my Samsung Atmos sound bar for repair and the repair is still not complete since last 3 weeks, this experience is really frustrating because this was something that I bought just 5 months back. When the Best Buy agents sell this plan they talk a lot about the Geek Squad customer service but my overall experience has been pathetic.
  
  The customer service wait time is 26 minutes and that is also real frustrating. I am not finding any escalation for this and that’s the worst part about it. The Four Square plan that amazon or sams club sells is much better and they have good turn around time and customer service.
  
  Will never buy an expensive product from Best Buy again and will not recommend this to my friends either.
