  I'd take the one Star away if I could, but I cannot and still leave a review.
  
  I was faced with a family emergency a few months ago, a car was reserved to get me and my family to Midway and when I went to get it I was informed it was not going to arrive, nor did ANY OTHER Enterprise in town manage to have a vehicle for me, despite the claim that they did, not two hours prior.
  
  I understand situations change, but if I can be inconvenienced and risked missing a flight for a funeral... With nothing more than a "We tried..Sorry"... Than maybe someone else's car shouldn't arrive?
  
  I remained silent on this for a few months but decided after holidays, the list loved ones birthday...
  
  "I tried (not to complain), but sorry." (Not sorry)
