  My parents had a positive experience with them going through a corporate move. My experience was much different.
  
  On multiple occasions I had to send repeat messages to get a response to anything. With getting final compensation for damages I had to send a strongly worded email to get so much so as response from them (which was almost immediate after I got upset with them).
  
  I was also blatantly lied to twice regarding getting replacement parts in the mail for things they misplaced. After never receiving parts I sent a reminder and was told they would be ordered right away. Nope...
  
  I would avoid them for a private move.
