  First of all, let me address the lowest (and as of this point, the only non-Excellent rating). We have never had that kind of experience with ANY of the staff. I wish I could name them because I can give 4 names that have always been kind and courteous.
  
  Now, about our (family of 4) experience...We followed the Doctor from his previous practice, which was just as friendly. The office staff have always been courteous and proactive. Since I work for the State of Illinois, they have always been on top of our insurance needs and lack of reimbursement. I highly recommend them!

  The best Doctors & Staff anywhere! We have been going there for over 20 years and have never seen anyone, anywhere better than these wonderful folks! They're like family and so helpful!
