  First things first. The bike shop itself is very nice looking. The second I walked in the door I was greeted which was a very nice touch (seems most places have forgotten about that aspect of business). I'm new to the bike world so the staff was more then willing to teach me the ropes and made sure I found the right bike for me. My salesman Ryan was very honest and knowledgeable and that was greatly appreciated. I also loved the fact there is a trail right next to the shop. So you can test ride different bikes. Which was a VERY hassle free process. The purchasing process was just as easy and hassle free. At the end of it. Ryan also offered to put the bike in the car for me and did a final check to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Which I was. I definitely recommend this place! And will be back soon to purchase another bike!

  After three visits to Bloomington Cycle, visiting other local bike shops and researching on line over the last few months, I placed an order for a new bike to replace the 20 year old bike I handed down to my son. During my last visit, when I was checking out a few final details, thier professional bike fitter looked me over on a bike I checked out and recommended a larger frame. I was happy with the size I was on, but when I tried the larger frame, I was even more pleased. That's part of the value of working with a local shop.
  
  The shop has felt relaxed each time I visited with no high pressure sales and no trying to upsell me to a level of bike higher than I was interested in. They are sometimes busy, but patiently waiting has yield the focused attention of whomever I wished to speak with.
