  Yes, it's true, the school closed. However, there was NO damage left behind. And if by " worked hard to keep them afloat", you mean raising the rent to nearly $10K a month, then yes, they worked hard at keeping them afloat. The landlord bled them dry. I think BGA was the one that was raped. Every coin has two sides.
