  Flowers were ordered Friday 1/5/2018 for my daughter's memorial service I was told flowers were not delivered on Sunday but would be delivered to
  East Lawn Memorial funeral home on Saturday. We chose a large display, my son & family chose an equally large display and her sister chose a large basket of flowers. Her friend also chose a display. All were ordered from Becks Family Florist, some thru an 800 service. On
  sunday at the funeral home all of the family gathered, none of the flowers were delivered. We are devastsated. Upon calling the florist today, we were told the delivery guy did not deliver them. No other apology has been received. This is itotally inexcusable!
