  Bait and switch. House for sale with motivated seller in Arizona. We expressed interest, looked at it twice, brought carpenter over to look at remodeling the bathroom, ready to make an offer and were told that the house had been rented. Never mentioned it was for sale OR rent. Now, noticed today, it is up for sale again. We know better and won't make the same mistake twice.
