  Food was blah, service was slow, the root beer came out off the fountain machine from syrup. Restaurant was reasonably clean, but the icemaker was broken in the fountain machine, so they had to fill from ice bags. Took 45 minutes to get our food brought to the table.

  I like coming here if Austin is working. He is polite & comes out & asks if you need anything. I have come in here at other times & the service has been horrible. Have seen people come in & go to the counter & to be waited on & they end up leaving due to no one waiting on them. This does not happen if Austin is working.

  This is a great eatery combo of A&W and Long John Silvers but with one really major flaw, the location.
  
  Food tends to come out fast but staffing is minimal at times, with some slow downs, but food comes out fresh and is well made.
  
  The place has its own vibes on the inside like other A&W's and is usually clean. Peak periods may change that but that comes with the territory. The condiment/drink section is awkwardly place right behind the ordering counter but it isn't the worst by any means. It could get crowded which might make filling up your drink or getting ketchup that much harder.
  
  The worst part about this restaurant is the location at no fault of the employees. You have State Farm's home office across the street with and intersection blocking from going left out of the drive thru. Once inside the parking lot for dining in you cannot make the mistake of going towards Oakland Ave unless you plan on going East as there is no way to turn to go West without going back the way you came.
