  I only gave a 1 star because it wont let me give zero stars. I would not recomend using Rave for anything. Low quality with some flair, that they want to sell for top dollar. They sub out majority of the work to low end contractors. Some of them are real pieces of work
  
  We bought this house BRAND NEW a year and a half ago.
  
  - Debris left in yard from tornado
  - Not sure how fast they rushed the foundation but our sidewalk has already cracked and separated over an inch and the basement stairwell has a crack that is separated a half inch. (This is right below the 1 1/2" gap in the stair treads and the dry wall)
  - Lot line was off from where they laid the sod so the fence was put 6ft off the lot line. Neighbor did not have sod so the fence was put up following the sod.
  - Over 30 nail heads exposed on the roof
  - 3 different leaks in the roof
  - Dry wall in ceiling had to be repaired twice because of water
  - VERY POOR insulated. The floors upstairs and in main floor get cold about 2' in. Seems like there is no insulation between windows and floors.
  - Floors are uneven. Over a 1/2 dip in the transition from kitchen to living room.
  - Carpet is cheap. Will probably replace entire carpet in a year.
  - Trim work in the house is cracking and coming off the walls
  - Entire house has been repainted on the inside because of the cheap paint
  - Someone has had to come out to fix the stair treads because they were coming lose
  - 1 1/2" gap between the wall and the stair treads
  - Front gutters are not leveled properly and they had to come out and add another downspout
  - Electricians have had to come out and redo the wiring of the 4 way lights upstairs. Wired with wrong switches
  - Windows are cheap and leak
  - Bathroom sink off kitchen was anchored into drywall and has come out
  - Utility sink and countertop in laundry room is not even fastened to the cabinet.
  - 3 outlets in the entire 3 stall garage
  - HVAC unit was not even charged and ready the day we moved in in June
  - Dryer exhaust tubing short by 3'
  
  To be honest there are probably several things I am missing, but as you can see there has been a lot! I have tried to be patient with them but I would never EVER recomend using them.
