  Dearing Country Farms is fabulous! I am a CSA member and absolutely enjoy my weekly (in the summer) and bi-weekly (in the winter) share. Their beef is lean, and for those of you who like beef liver it is wonderful - deep and dark it has a rich taste - better than i've ever had in my life. I bought a quarter side of their beef...fantastic. Their chicken? Clean and pure and a delight to serve at my table. And then there are the eggs. Fresh Fresh Fresh. I'm also one of the lucky ones who gets to take home goats milk.
  
  I encourage everyone to check them out. They are at the Bloomington Saturday Farmers Market. Take home a dozen eggs, or a delicious chicken. And take the time to talk with Jackie or Brad to learn more about their farm.
